1) Is our news influenced by American cultural imperialism? What examples can you think of?
I think that most news is influenced by america as they have the most power in the world. 2) Has the increased globalisation of news improved the audience experience? How? Why?
I think that it has as they are getting more out of it and are seeing and hearing more than what they would usually. With globalisation you can get a wole new view or new opinion on things depending if you believe it or not.
3) Has globalisation benefited or damaged major news institutions? How? Why?
I think that it has benefited news institutions as there area more things that they can read and listen to. Having options gives the audience more freedom in what they can see and read. Without globalisation the audience wouldn't go on the institutions page and read what they needed to get the information they wanted.
